You don't need to be a car enthusiast to marvel at the Ötztal Classics: The most noble and beautiful oldtimers, presented on the sharp turns of the mountain roads and the flowing stretches at the bottom of the valley, are on display here. One of the most precious moments is the special assessment of these rare car artworks, which takes place in the middle of the village just a stone's throw from your holiday home in Oetz. Enthusiastic participants from the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Austria present their grand models full of pride and celebrate every one of the total of four stages with passion.
The start is the glacier test: on the altitude metres between Sölden and the 2,800 m Rettenbachferner, the oldtimers and motorcycles need to prove their horse power. Stage two is the transition to Oetz, the home of your SITO top holiday home in Ötztal. More than 4,000 spectators use the free entry to this special spectacle and liven up the village centre for many social hours. The next stage includes the entire Ötztal with all its side valleys. Finally, 17 assessment tests with a total of 210 km need to be passed.
