Arrival: You can occupy your flat from 4.00 pm.
Departure: Please vacate your flat by 10.00 am.
Down payment: per flat EUR 250 = fixed booking.
Payment: cash | All duties, ancillary costs, power, heating are included in our prices.
Local tax: Local tax: € 4,00 p. p. (local tax is not included in the price).
Children aged 15 or under (at the end of the calendar year) are exempt from tourist tax.
For cancellations, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
